It is with heavy hearts, we announce that after years of struggles, Barb passed away peacefully with family by her side. Barb is survived by her loving husband Gale; daughter Sheryl (Derek) Majerech and grandchildren Ryland and Kayla; son Kevin (Cara) Saffran and grandson Conor; sisters Paullette Kananen and family and Jan (John) Schwonik and family; as well as many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends. Barb was predeceased by her parents Cliff and Jean Holt; her brother Steven; and brother-in-law Robert Kananen.
A Memorial Service will be held to celebrate Barb's life at the Royal Canadian Legion, Branch #66, Ponoka at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 7, 2022.
