On June 10, 2020 Barbara Lagroix of Ponoka passed away at the age of 79 years. Barb was born on October 11, 1940 in Edmonton.
She met her husband of 58 years, Harry, in 1959 in Chauvin, Alberta. Barb and Harry were married on October 7, 1961 in Edmonton and lived in Chauvin until 1976 when they moved to Ponoka where they have lived ever since.
She will be lovingly remembered by her husband Harry; her daughter Robin (Mike) McLean of Vermilion and grandsons Kurt (Jenna) and Cory (Hannah); her daughter Penny (Fritz) Skjonsberg of Ponoka, granddaughter Brenna and grandson Tyler (Courtney); as well as many relatives and friends.
