With sadness, and yet joy for a life well-lived, we announce that Bernice Eleanor Erickson stepped into the presence of her Saviour, Jesus Christ. She passed away at the Northcott Care Centre, Ponoka on Friday, January 22, 2021 at the age of 94 years.
Bernice will be profoundly missed by her daughter, Frances Erickson; her daughter-in-law, Patsy Erickson; in addition to seven cherished grandchildren and their spouses; and seven great grandchildren.
She was predeceased by her husband, Leonard; son, Doug and daughter, Beryl; son-in-law, Bob; as well as her parents and three siblings.
In keeping with current provincial gathering restrictions, the family held a small service in Celebration of Bernice's Life at the Meadowbrook Church on Monday, February 1, 2021 at 2 pm with Pastor Carey Willis officiating.
