Charles Dobi
On October 10, 2008 Mr. Charles Tibor Dobi of Ponoka passed away at the age of 86 years. Charles taught Drafting at the Ponoka Composite High School for 14 years. He will be lovingly remembered by his wife Dorothy; son Glen and his wife Carol and their children Sarah and Cameron of San Diego, California; son Colin and his wife Mary Lee and their sons Andrew and Ryan of Boise, Idaho; daughter Lorna and her husband Dennis of Toronto, Ontario; sister-in-law Bess Dobi of Summerland, British Columbia; as well as many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by her parents Joseph and Maria Dobi and his brother Joe. A Funeral Service was held on Tuesday, October 14, 2008 at the Ponoka United Church with the Interment Service following at Forest Home Cemetery. Memorial donations are gratefully accepted to the Ponoka Hospital and Care Centre
