Clare Susan (Rapkoski) Cook was born on August 11, 1926 in Renfrew, Ontario and passed away on December 21, 2017 in Ponoka, Alberta at the age of 91 years.
She will be lovingly remembered by her daughters Lorraine (Dean) Nelson, Margureite (Tom) Loewen, Jan Jenkins, Marlene (Jeff) Tedesco, and Lana (Dwayne) Odgaard; grandchildren Cole, Ethan, James, Aaron (Coralynn), Jesse, West (Jessica), Candace, Jessica (Jamie), Justin (Sarah), Dylan, and Brody; and great-grandchildren Zoey, Keston, Nash, Cayter, Mia, Elijah, Ezra, and Halle.
She was predeceased by her husband Phil and her granddaughter Fallon.
A Funeral Mass was celebrated at St. Augustine Catholic Church in Ponoka at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, December 30, 2017. The Interment Service followed at Forest Home Cemetery. Memorial donations are gratefully accepted to the St. Augustine Catholic Church Building Fund.
