Debra Baumgartner

Debra was born May 3, 1952 to Paul and Ruth Farrer in Brooklyn, NY. She was half of a set of twins and when she was four they moved to Cleveland, OH. She was a very hard worker and had spent 26 years of her life as a labor foreman at LTV, the second largest steelmaker in the U.S. She found the love of her life in 1999 so she moved from Cleveland to Ponoka to be with him. They were married March 30, 2002 and had lived eleven wonderful years together. She passed from this life on May 7, 2010 with her loving husband, Duane at her side after a courageous battle with cancer. She was preceded in death by her parents and siblings, Diane and Edward. She is survived by her husband, Duane; son and daughter-in-law Kevin and Shuronda Treece and their five children; and adopted daughter and son-in-law April Yarrows and Ronald Williams and their five children. She is also survived by many brothers and sisters in-law, nieces and nephews and many special friends that she loved dearly. A "Celebration of Life" was held on Sunday, May 16th at the Jackson residence in Ponoka and was attended by many dear friends and relatives.
