On December 20, 2016 Mrs. Delores Wagner passed away peacefully at the Ponoka Hospital and Care Centre at the age of 91. Delores is survived by her daughters Francis Algar and family, Allan ( Kristine), Brent; Evelyn (Clarence) Cleveland and Family Karen (Gord) Huk, Lori (Sam) Bowzaylo, Jodi (Ted) Parent; Marilyn Schaade and family, Rosemarie (Bruce) Jackson , Carmen, Fred ; Loretta Stretch (Doug) and family, Brian (Kristie) , Janet (Jarred) Brown , Gerry, Chelsa (Rob) Walmsley , Darryl , Jason ; Bernita Deleeuw and family; Jennifer; Roseann Winslow and family, Glen Morrow, Abagail Winslow; Sons Ralph Wagner(Gladys) and family, Steven , Annette (Greg) , Gina ( Kevin ) ; daughter-in-law Valerie Wagner and family, Calvin, Deanna(Cameron), Sheldon (Jenny) ; Stan (Shawna) and family, Ressa, Brendon(Stacy) , Blair , Raelynn (Les). She is survived by 32 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild, brother Raymond (Nancy) Worshek ; Sister Angeline (Sidney) Joss; numerous nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband Gotthard (Gary) Wagner, son Daniel Wagner, son-in-law Chris Deleeuw, grandson Cole Parent, brother Robert.
A service of remembrance was held at The Lady of Seven Sorrows Church, Maskawicis, Alberta, on December 27, 2016 at 1:00 pm. with Father Nilo MacApinlac officiating. Memorial donations are gratefully accepted to Ponoka & District Health Foundation , Ponoka Wheelchair Van Society, or charity of the donor’s choice.
