Don passed away peacefully in the early hours of April 12, 2018.
He will be lovingly remembered for his patience, humility and great sense of humor. He was a kind man who loved his family as well as dancing the nights away during "jam sessions".
Don was predeceased by his wife of 43 years, Doreen; his brothers Melville, Russell and Lloyd and his sister Jean.
He is survived by his sister Eileen, his son Brian (Narda), daughter Heather (Roger), grandchildren Douglas (Thea), Julie (Ken) and Morgan (Kyle). Don is also survived by his six great-grandchildren Carter, MacKenzie, Hayley, Charlotte, Liam and Brooke.
He will be greatly missed by his dear friend and companion, Isabel.
A celebration of Don's life will be held on May 1, 2018 at 1:30 pm at the Wetaskiwin Mission Church, located at RR # 3, 3610 - 56 Avenue, Wetaskiwin Alberta.
