Boman, Dorothy Louise
On October 14, 2008 Mrs. Dorothy Boman of Ponoka passed away at the age of 88 years. She will be lovingly remembered by her son Wilfred Boman (Pauline) of St. Albert; daughter June Francis (Wilf) of St. Paul; son Bob Boman (Dorothy) of Kamloops; granddaughter Teresa Meadows (Michael) and great-grandchildren Kieran and Conor; granddaughter Bonnie Francis (Jeff Barrow) and great-grandchildren Cody, Karissa and Chelsey; granddaughter Deanna Cook (Toby) and great-grandchildren Gage, Chase and Cole; granddaughter Cindy Scantland (Travis) and great-granddaughter Amanda; grandson Rob Boman (Chantelle) and great-granddaughter Keegan; as well as many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband Frank Boman; granddaughter Patricia-Ann Boman; 1 brother and 4 sisters. A Funeral Service to celebrate her life was held at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, October 17, 2008 at the Ponoka Funeral Home with the Reverend Beatrix Schirner officiating. Memorial donations are gratefully accepted to the Northcott Care Centre.
