Erven Buss
On December 27, 2011 Mr. Erven Bennie Buss of Ponoka passed away at the age of 82 years. Erven will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 59 years, Minnie; children Paulette (Henry) Sanders of Edmonton, Susan (Mike) Luchanski of Edmonton and Brad (Shelley) Buss of Ponoka; eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren; brothers Bob (Wilma) Buss and Herb (Hilda) Buss; sister Irene Cook; sister-in-law Irene Buss; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and friends. He was predeceased by his parents Wilhelm and Pauline Buss, his brother Len Buss and his brother-in-law Alex Cook. A Funeral Service to celebrate Erven’s life was held at Trinity Lutheran Church in Ponoka at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 7, 2012. We remember the man who was humble, patient, generous and understanding; a quiet gentleman; a man who shared unconditional love with his wife, children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren and we will always remember that smile he had for everyone.
