Frank Henry Vogel
On March 26, 2012 Mr. Frank Vogel of Ponoka passed away in Red Deer at the age of 88 years. Frank is survived by his son Dwayne (Lorraine) of Calgary; son Rick (Heather) of Red Deer; son Roger (Donna) of Ponoka and grandchildren Colleen, Collette and Jordan; daughter Charlene (Gary) Frank of Ponoka and grandchildren Leah, Megan and Ryan; sisters & brothers in-law Agnes Vogel, George & Ruth Cole and Bud & Donna Merrill. He was predeceased by his wife Lois in 2009. A Prayer Vigil was held at St. Augustine Catholic Church in Ponoka at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 29th where a Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated on Friday, March 30th at 3:00 p.m.. The Interment Service followed in the Field of Honor at Forest Home Cemetery. Memorial donations are gratefully accepted to St. Augustine Catholic Church Building Fund or the Alzheimers Society of Alberta.
