Hazel Arlene Anderson passed away on June 21, 2009 in the Lacombe Long Term Care Centre at the age of 82. She was born at home on April 27, 1927 to Hjalmer and Molly Johnson of the Lincoln District. Hazel is survived by her children, Nick (Donna) Street of Ponoka, Steve (Faye) Street of Cranbrook BC, Brian (Hazel) Street of Rimbey, Marty (Karen) Street of Lacombe and Cindy (Trevor) Joyce of Clyde. 11 Grandchildren, 7 Great Grandchildren, 2 sisters, Elsie (Adam) Schonheiter, and Edna (Jack) Deck of Lacombe, and numerous nieces, nephews and friends. Hazel was predeceased by her parents, a son Barry, 2 grandsons Brant and Vincent and a sister Beulah Johnson. The funeral was held Friday June 26 at the Meadowbrook Church, Internment took place at Gull Lake Cemetery.
