Hertha (Dewald)Ensminger
Hertha (Dewald) Ensminger passed away peacefully on Thursday, June 16, 2011 at the Northcott Care Centre in Ponoka at the age of 91 years. She leaves to mourn her passing: two sons Dennis (Eileen) Ensminger of Ponoka and Raymond (Therese) Ensminger of St. Albert; one daughter Marlene Donovan of Calgary; two foster daughters Koreen Rogers of Elkford, BC and Lorri (Tom) Jones of Kelowna; 13 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great-grandchildren; her brother Henry (Kay) Dewald; and sisters-in-law Anna Dewald and Hilda Dewald. She was predeceased by her husband Otto, daughter Joyce and son-in-law Harold. Funeral Service: Trinity Lutheran Church in Ponoka at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 22, 2011 with the Interment at Forest Home Cemetery.
