Hilda Cissell
On July 23, 2009 Mrs. Hilda Cissell of Ponoka passed away at the age of 88 years. She will be lovingly remembered by her children: Judy (Merle) Jones, Elaine (Dick) Groom, Frank (Pat) Cissell and Connie (Bryan) Pretula; grandchildren: Mark (Pam) Miller and their daughter Jamecia; Greg (Jolene) Miller and their children Nate and Neriah; Monica (Jeffery) Harvey and their children Jonah, Virginia and Julianna; Chad (Alana) Cissell and their children Erika and Brett; Chantelle (Darren) Godfrey and their children Logan and Jordon; Leanne Pretula; and Steven (Crystal) Pretula; her sister Lily Liske; sisters-in-law Ellen Mass and Emma Olmstead; as well as many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her husband Merl, grandson Ron Groom, brother Ernie Mass, sisters Rose Regner, Elsie Cline, Gene Lansdowne and Pat McJannett and two infant siblings. A Funeral Service was held on Wednesday, July 29th at 1:00 p.m. at the Ponoka Funeral Home. The Interment Service followed at the Dakota Cemetery. Memorial donations are gratefully accepted to the Dakota Cemetery Fund or any charity of your choice.
