Jack Moore passed away at the Northcott Care Centre in Ponoka on August 24, 2018 at the age of 84 years.
Jack will be lovingly remembered by his son Scott (Tina) of St. Paul Park, Minnesota and grandchildren Stephanie and Riley; his son Darren (Pam) of Sylvan Lake and grandchildren Jonah, Elizabeth, and Nicholas; and son Wade (Pam) of Calgary and grandsons Thomas and Bradley.
A Memorial Service will be held at the Ponoka Funeral Home on Saturday, September 29, 2018 at 2:00 p.m.
