Jackson (Jack) Kleckner was born on August 23, 1924 in Ponoka, Alberta and passed away at the Ponoka Hospital and Care Centre on May 9, 2011 at the age of 86 years. Jack is survived by his sons: Joe (Sharon), Gary (Carol), Doug (Connie) and Randy (Colleen); his daughter Debra; 10 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; as well as numerous relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his wife Betty, parents Joseph and Ellen, brothers Laurence and Doug; and his sisters Evelyn and Millie. At Jack’s request there will be no Funeral Service. An Interment of ashes will take place in the Field Of Honor at the Forest Home Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorial donations are gratefully accepted to the Parkinson’s Society of Alberta.
