Kerry Schmidt
Kerry was born on August 29, 1956 in Stettler and passed away on September 27, 2011 in Ponoka at the age of 55 years. Kerry will be lovingly remembered and sadly missed by his wife Karen; son Dan (Tiffany); daughter Nancy (Jay); grandchildren Leia and Rayden; his father Ray (Debbie); sister Kathy (Ray); niece Heather (Dylan) & their son Sheldon, nephews Travis and Clinton and niece Laura; mother-in-law and father-in-law Lil and El Neufeldt; sister-in-law Del (Ray) Sussums; sister-in-law Val (Ron) Huston and Val’s children, Jon (Crystal), Jen (Lonnie) and Amy (Devon); sister-in-law Nadine Neufeldt (Blake) and Nadine’s children Shayna (Kris), Marlo (Rob) and Carlene (Troy); daughters of his heart Cyndi, Jillian and Chelsey and their families; numerous friends and relatives. Kerry was predeceased by his mother Dorothy Schmidt. A Funeral Service to celebrate Kerry’s life will be held at the Ponoka Funeral Home at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, October 3, 2011 with the Interment Service following at Forest Home Cemetery.
