On April 4, 2018 Lavern Brenda Hooper of Ponoka passed away at the Ponoka Hospital and Care Centre at the age of 61 years.
She will be lovingly remembered by her husband Mervin; daughter Marissa (Tyler); brother Randy (Brenda); sisters Sherry (Roy) and Lanette; and her step-mother Iva Wight; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
Lavern was predeceased by her father Jack; mother Loretta; and sister Darcy.
A Funeral Service to celebrate Lavern's life was held at Ponoka Funeral Home at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, April 7, 2018.
