Lochlan Steven Thomas Bishop
Lochlan Steven Thomas was the best brother to Liam and eldest of the two precious sons of Jennifer and Brandon Bishop. Lochlan found peace on June 22, 2021. Lochlan was a free spirit who was one of a kind with a huge heart, a twinkling eye, a listening ear, and a loyal friend to anyone who needed one. He had so many amazing talents ranging from art, creative writing, tattooing, parkour, basketball, hockey, track and field, and boxing to name a few. He loved hanging out with his much-loved brother, friends, and cousins. He loved strategizing rules of the game and ways to win Air Soft wars, Man Tracker, Nerf wars and the
annual family Christmas Party games.
Lochlan will be lovingly remembered by his parents Jennifer and Brandon Bishop; his brother Liam; grandparents Kim & Garry Cline and Vera Bishop; his aunt Sheena & Stirling Fox and cousins Bexson & Broker; uncles Garrett Bishop and Chad Bishop and cousins Seltic, Jhygr, and Dakota; uncles Doug (Cassie) Cline and Colin (Tara) Cline and cousins Nolan & Teagan; great-aunt and great-uncle Jan & Brad Blain, their children Jenneth (Charlie), Sam and Jonathon (Ang), second cousins Sienna and Gabby; great-aunt and great-uncle Roma & Joe O'Donnell and their sons John and Jamie and their families; Larry (Pauline) Bishop, Brenda (Ron) Bishop, Danny (Judy) Bishop, Tim (Joanne) Bishop, Jason and Kenny Bishop, Wendy (Lyle) Bishop, our family in Scotland - William (Helen) McLeod, Marjorie (Mark) Rae and their families, as well as many others and many other dear family and friends.
Lochlan was predeceased by his grandfathers Steve Bishop and James Ballendine; and his great-grandparents Scotty & Jean Nicol and Josie and Leonard Cline and great uncle Ian Nicol.
A celebration of Lochlan's life was held on Tuesday, July 6, 2021. In lieu of flowers, we have set up a scholarship/trust fund to support young adults seeking a new path in art, trades and/or athletics called "Lochlan's Light".
