Parker passed away unexpectedly on June 3, 2022 in Ponoka, Alberta. Parker was born in High Level, Alberta on April 23, 2010. He attended grade 6 at Ponoka Elementary School. He was a very enthusiastic boy; he loved fishing and hunting with Dad and he also loved to play PlayStation with friends. He had a passion for scootering and skateboarding and loved to take them apart, learn how they worked, and put it back together. Parker is survived by his parents Dustin Kress (Swift Current, SK) and Jessica Perry (Medicine Hat, AB); older sister Samantha (Ponoka, AB); grandparents Leslie Perry (Medicine Hat, AB), Judy Kress (Swift Current, SK); Joe Kress (Waldeck, SK); aunts Terra and Jodi Kress; and cousin Colten Dux; as well as many other extended family members. He was predeceased by his grandfather Ronald Mayer (Medicine Hat, AB); and great-grandmother and great-grandfather Rose and Gabriel Lacher (Swift Current, SK).
A Memorial will be held in honor of Parker on June 16 at Hudson's Green Nature and Activity Center (6201 61st Ponoka, AB) at 1:00 p.m. for close family and friends and 2:00pm for the public.
