1921 - 2008
Pearl Lena Schroder was born in Vancouver, B.C. on June 8, 1921 and passed away in Ponoka, Alberta on September 24, 2008 at the age of 87 years. She is lovingly remembered by her son Harold Arneson of Ponoka and her daughter Lorraine (Bill) Johnson of Donalda; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; her brother Jim Warlow and her sister Florence Pope; as well as numerous other relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her husband Alwin Schroder and her son Allan Arneson. A Service of Remembrance was held at the Ponoka Hospital and Care Centre Chapel on Monday, September 29, 2008 with Pastor Len Eichler officiating. Interment of ashes will take place at a later date in Lethbridge. Memorial donations are gratefully accepted to the Alberta Heart Foundation.
