LEA, R.S. BUD
With great sadness, the family of R. S. Bud Lea of Devon announces his passing on October 21, 2011 at the age of 82.
Bud was born in Winnipeg, Manitoba on October 21, 1929. He grew up in Calgary and Ponoka where he met his wife of 63 years, Shirley Drummond. He leaves to mourn the love of his life, Shirley and their three children; Sharon, Doug (Ruth) and Brad (Catherine); six grandchildren and five great grandchildren. He is also survived by his brothers Keith and Leonard and his sister Gail. He was predeceased by his father Leonard, mother Winnifred, sister Shirlie and brother Bruce. His lifelong passions and enjoyment came from flying airplanes and camping. Always by his side was a trusted, loyal canine friend. The family invite you to join them as they celebrate Bud’s life on Friday, October 28, 2011 from 3 -5 p.m. at Meadowcroft Seniors Residence, 11445-135 Street, Edmonton, AB.
