In loving memory ~
Walter Raugust of Ponoka passed away suddenly on June 23, 2023, at the age of 83 years.
He will be loving remembered by his son Brad (Raelene) Raugust, grandson Matthew Raugust, granddaughter Carissa Raugust, granddaughter Jessica (Chase) & great-grandson Ryder Nicholson, grandson William Klassen and granddaughter Lily Raugust; his daughter Brenda (Dwight) Durie, grandson Braden Durie and granddaughter Bailey (Steve) Bergstrom; his brother Alfred (Hilda) Raugust, his sisters Hildegard Meske & Annie Grant; brothers-in-law Joe (Donna) Megyesi, Richard (Patricia) Jones, Gord (Kris) Jones, Bing (Shirley) Jones; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Walter was predeceased by his wife Marion; daughter Bonnie; parents Otto & Maria Raugust; sisters Lillian Makus, Gertie Blumstengel, Ella Megyesi; sister-in-law Pamela Jones; brothers-in-law Fritz Makus, Fred Blumstengel, Heinz Meske, and Larry Grant; and niece Allison Jones.
A Celebration of Life was for Walter on July 6, 2023, at 11:00 a.m. at the Ponoka United Church. The Interment Service followed at Forest Home Cemetery.
