Did you lose a kitten?

I’d like to thank the person who dropped off the beautiful half-grown Siamese kitten in my driveway on the coldest, bitterest day

Dear Editor:

I’d like to thank the person who dropped off the beautiful half-grown Siamese kitten in my driveway on the coldest, bitterest day of winter.

This is a beautiful kitten with dark brown ears and tail with tan body. Too bad she’s so wild we can’t catch her to give her food, and our barn cats (who are on self-feed) won’t allow her to get to the food. Inevitably she will starve to death or become a meal for a fox, coyote or owl.

All I want to say is I hope your kids can’t read and I hope their kitten didn’t disappear over the holidays because they will learn by reading this letter that their father or mother is cruel and uncaring.

If you didn’t drop this kitten on purpose and he maybe was stuck up in your engine and fell out at my driveway I will understand if you want to get him back. Just call me 783-2450. I know that can happen too.
