Rescinded Coal Policy June 1, 2020 enabling open pit coal mining which will impact 60 parks 3. Offering coal leases in eastern slopes of Rocky Mountains Dec. 5, 2020 4. Rewriting water use access rules along Eastern Slopes of Rockies impacting Oldman River Basin and area creeks Dec 7, 2020.
