Dear Editor,
Priorities: The other day I stood outside the front of the impressive new Civic Centre/library.
I could not help wondering how it is that this grand building is the Town Hall for a council that cannot afford a properly funded full-time bylaw enforcement officer.
Come on Ponoka, let’s get real.
