Dear Editor,
I am a senior who served this country and for the life of me, I cannot understand some people in the world today.
A few days before Christmas I was at a store and because I was injured in my service I am disabled. Anyways, collecting my packages I left my cane hanging on the counter.
Upon realizing I left my cane in the store, returning I found it gone. Now who would steal a disabled person’s cane that was given to me by my late wife who brought it all the way from England?
It’s a special wooden cane. I am torn so deeply. Please turn it into the police station or Ponoka News. It holds so much sentimental value to me.
Thank you,
Charles Cutting
