Dear editor,

I was very impressed with the promptness that the town maintenance employees came to work to clear the streets of water and trees on Saturday. The hail storm was hardly over when the men were there to unplug the drains and cut down trees that had fallen and were obstructing traffic on the streets.

This was a Saturday night and Saturday is their day off but when needed they came to work immediately. Their dedication is to admired.

Nettie Riley,

Ponoka
