Ponoka schools welcomed students back for a new school year on Sept. 5.

Ponoka Elementary School (PES) held their first day of staggered entry on Sept. 5, and students returned to St. Augustine School on Sept. 5, as well.

It was also the first day of school for preschool to Grade 9 students at Ponoka Christian School.

Ponoka Secondary Campus started off the school year with a boost to their breakfast club with a donation from Paul’s No Frills.

The first day of regular classes for BRICK Learning Centre students is Sept. 18.

Parents looking for back to school information for PES can find it at on their website.

St. Augustine is encouraging parents to review the drop off and pick up routines document here.
