On Sept. 18, local country/rock bank “The Educators” performed for Music in the Park at Lions Centennial Park.

The band features teachers from the Ponoka area. Group members are Jerry Deckert, Terry Dortman, Ponoka Mayor Kevin Ferguson, Heather Ferguson, Luc Gratton and Glen Kawahara.
