A pair of local sports groups are holding their annual registration events this week.
Ponoka Minor Soccer is hosting an in-person registration at the Royal Canadian Legion tonight (March 2) starting a 6 p.m. for their outdoor season.
The organization will also be hold its apparel fitting at the same time, so kids can try on shorts or purchase them or a jacket.
Anyone that can’t make it can still register until March 31 by going online to www.ponokasoccer.ca.

Meanwhile, Ponoka Minor ball will hold its annual general meeting and registration night on March 4 at the Legion beginning at 7 p.m.
Players for softball and baseball will be accepted and the organization is also looking for some individuals to fill some open positions on their board of directors.
