On April 29 the Lacoka Locos faced off against the Red Deer Chiefs and battled to a 6-6 draw. Josh Green scored four goals for the locos while Harrison Clarke chipped in with pair of goals and assists.
On May 1 the Locos took on a game Blackfalds team and again were forced to settle for a tie. Josh Green once again led the attack for the locos, scoring two goals and adding an assist. Kaidan Thomson and Harrison Clarke both had a goal and an assist, while Seth Gratrix scored the other Locos marker.
