The Ponoka U13A-Battle River Insurance and Ponoka U13B-Alberta Elks hosted a tournament Nov. 13 and 14 with six out-of-town teams, playing for a total of 12 games of hockey.
U13A won their side of the tournament and the U13B placed second on their side. The overall theme was ‘Movember Flannel Festival’ and the teams had a collection for Movember Support. The players had fun wearing their plaid and fake mustaches.
