The Ponoka Pool Sharks have attended two meets so far this season. The first one was in Edson, where 85 per cent best times were achieved by the 13 swimmers who attended. Also the Sharks had seven aggregate trophy winners in various age categories. Winners included Taylor Sheppard, Lucas Suarez, Blake Shimp, Lanny Wildcat, Mckenna Christensen, Jaylen Christensen, and Emily Lehr.

The Sharks also had great success at an Edmonton meet on Nov 2, where 80 per cent best times were achieved by the 30 swimmers who attended.

The next event for the Sharks is their home meet “The Cookie Classic” on Dec. 7 and 8.
