Multi award winner Cher has had a number one song in every one of the last five decades. With more than 200 million records sold, she has been a major force in radio, television, movies and pop culture. She is known the world over for her sultry voice, keen sense of humor, unique appearance and outrageous costumes. But more than anything, Cher is an entertainer of the highest order, drawing massive crowds wherever she appears.

With her uncanny resemblance to the famous star and the ability to mimic her trademark vocal style, it was only a matter of time before a smart promoter asked Kara Chandler to play Cher’s part on stage. With more than a decade of theatrical experience, Kara rose to the challenge, proving she could portray Cher without any difficulty. Suddenly, she had a new calling that has served her very well.

After years of performing in dinner theatres, casinos, cruises and corporate events, Kara has built a reputation as one of the top Cher tribute artists on the planet. Her boundless energy, charisma, humor and talent allow her to “become” Cher and give audiences the powerful, fun filled experience that identifies her as a world class entertainer. Like Cher, Kara Chandler is an entertainer of the highest order.

Chandler gave a performance at Bashaw’s Majestic Theatre on July 19 and at the Ponoka Golf Club on July 23.
