I fell on a town road last week and was unable to pick myself up. I know falling can be injurious or just upsetting and I have tried to be careful. But I did it – right downtown! Lucky for me, people saw me go down and came immediately to see if I was hurt and needed additional assistance – Very concerned and I felt like crap fro falling and disturbing their day. But I felt very thankful for their help and thoughtfulness. All I could do is say how much I appreciated their actions.

While travelling up the highway to Ponoka for my son’s Jr. B game (Sylvan Lake Wranglers) against the Ponoka Stampeders on Nov. 27 , I entered your dual ice pad arena facility, with each ice pad separated only by a curtain, and watched the Jr. B teams proceed with their team warm up before the game. On the other side of the ice, I watched a young peewee team go through their regular practice routine with the coach leading in what looked like a great practice.
